We collect the following information when you use getVibeMotion:

• Account Information: Email address, name, and profile picture from Google OAuth
• Generated Content: Prompts, images, and videos you create using the Service
• Usage Data: Token usage, generation history, and feature interactions
• Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Service
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To send service-related communications
• To enforce our Terms of Service and content policies

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in our cloud infrastructure. Generated videos are stored in DigitalOcean Spaces. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• AI model providers (prompts only, for generation)
• Stripe (for payment processing)
• Cloud infrastructure providers (for storage and hosting)

5. Published Videos

Videos marked as "published" will be visible to all users on the Experience feed. You can unpublish videos at any time from your gallery.

6. Data Retention

Unpinned videos are archived after 30 days. Pinned videos are retained up to 1GB of storage. Account data is retained for the duration of your account. You may request account deletion at any time.

7. Your Rights

• Access and export your data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Opt out of non-essential communications
• Unpublish any shared content
