Privacy Policy

getVibeMotion (the "Service") is the data controller for personal data described in this policy. For privacy or data-protection questions, including GDPR data-subject requests, contact info@getvibemotion.com.

• Account information: Email address, optional display name, and profile picture from your sign-in provider (Google, GitHub, Discord, Facebook, Apple, Telegram, or email magic-link).
• Generated content: Prompts, source images, manga pages, UGC inputs, and the videos/animations you create.
• Usage data: Token consumption, generation history, feature interactions.
• Payment data: Processed by Stripe — we receive only customer ID and last-4 digits, never full card numbers.
• Telemetry: Subject to your cookie consent: Sentry (error monitoring with PII scrubbed) and Meta Pixel/CAPI (advertising).

• Contract: Account creation, subscription billing, content generation.
• Legitimate interests: Fraud prevention, audit logs, abuse moderation, service improvement (anonymized).
• Consent: Analytics, advertising, optional marketing communications. You can withdraw consent any time via the Cookie Policy page.
• Legal obligation: Tax records, lawful disclosure requests.

• Provide and improve the Service.
• Process payments, send invoices, and manage subscriptions.
• Send service-related communications (delivery, billing, security alerts).
• Enforce our Terms of Service and content policies.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

Data is stored on infrastructure operated by DigitalOcean and our database provider. Generated media is stored in DigitalOcean Spaces. Some processors are located outside the EEA — transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit.

We do not sell personal data. We share strictly necessary data with:

• AI model providers — prompts and reference images only, for generation.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email.
• Sentry — error monitoring (PII scrubbed).
• Meta — advertising (only with your consent).

• Unpinned generated videos are archived after 30 days.
• Pinned content is retained up to your plan's storage cap.
• Account data is retained while your account is active.
• On account deletion, the account is soft-deleted immediately (signed out, subscriptions cancelled, API keys revoked) and hard-deleted after 30 days. We retain a minimal financial record for tax compliance (typically 7 years).

• Access: Settings → Privacy & data → "Download" exports a JSON of all your data.
• Rectification: Update profile fields any time in Settings.
• Erasure: Settings → Danger zone → "Delete account".
• Portability: Export above is in machine-readable JSON.
• Restriction / objection: Email info@getvibemotion.com.
• Withdraw consent: Reopen the cookie banner via the Cookie Policy.
• Lodge a complaint: You may complain to your local Data Protection Authority.

Videos marked "published" appear publicly on the Experience feed and may be indexed by search engines. You can unpublish at any time from your gallery; cached search results may persist for some time.

All videos, images, animations, and other media generated through the Service are created at your direction and under your control. You are solely responsible for all content you generate, including how it is used, shared, or distributed.

getVibeMotion exercises no editorial control over what appears in generated videos and bears no responsibility for the visual content, subject matter, or any resemblance to real persons, places, or copyrighted material in any generated output. We process your inputs through third-party AI models and return the results — the creative decisions and all resulting legal obligations are entirely yours.

AI models may produce unexpected or unintended visual results. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using, sharing, or publishing it.
