getVibeMotion is an AI-powered video generation platform. We provide tools to create, manage, and share AI-generated videos using various AI models including Seedance, Kling, and Hunyuan.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not use another person's account without permission.

4. Token System

• Tokens are required to generate videos
• Free accounts receive 5 tokens upon registration
• Paid plans include monthly token allocations
• Unused tokens do not roll over between billing cycles
• Tokens consumed by failed generations are automatically refunded

5. Content Policy

You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the prompts you provide. Videos generated using the Service are owned by you, subject to the AI model providers' terms of use.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
